Welcome to ServeOne Intro! At Collective Community Church, we believe that serving one another is not only a responsibility but also a privilege that reflects the call of Jesus Christ and the heart of a disciple. The ServeOne Team is more than just a group of volunteers; it is a team dedicated to living out our calling to serve with love, unity, and enthusiasm.

ServeOne embodies the heart of Christ's ministry to us. Jesus Himself said, "I am among you as one who serves" (Luke 22:27). At C3, we believe wholeheartedly in the call to serve one another, just as Christ served us. Jesus demonstrated this model, showing that service isn't reserved for an elite group of committed people. Instead, it's a call for every Christian to reach the world, care for God's house, and advance the Kingdom. While we may serve in different capacities, we can all make a contribution. God's blessings tend to favor those who faithfully serve in His kingdom and His people. Everyone can serve someone.

Our philosophy is simple yet powerful: "When no one is above serving, no one is underserved." This embodies the heart of ServeOne. We're all in this together, from our lead pastor to our newest member. Your service, whether greeting first-time visitors, facilitating Grow Groups, assisting in Collective Kids, or working behind the scenes in Campus Care, empowers our pastor and all members to thrive within their roles in our community.

As members of the ServeOne Team, you carry forward this mission of genuine and impactful service, ensuring that every person who enters our doors experiences the authentic experience with God and His people for what could be their first time in a church or their last time if the experience more shallow and half-hearted disingenuous church.

As ServeOne Team members, we serve others with our C3’s Essentials at the forefront of our hearts and minds. Our goal is to point everyone to experience deliverance, discipleship, and unity with the rest of our church. Our Essentials and Pillars define both our desired outcomes and the values we uphold while pursuing them.

As you join our team, you'll experience the power of serving as a team. We foster a culture of love, proactiveness, and community while meeting the needs of our church at large. This service flows through four key dimensions:

First, we Serve High, dedicating our work to God. Then, we Serve Low, reaching out with humility. We Serve Inward, using our spiritual gifts for growth, and Serve Outward, extending God's love beyond our walls.

1st Tier - Available to all members and sometimes non-members under special circumstances:

2nd Tier - Only for members living with Christian Lifestyle (90 days of attendance):

3rd Tier - Only for members living with a Christian lifestyle (6 months of attendance). BY INVITATION OR REQUEST ONLY:

Now that you have attended Party With The Pastor and Serve One Intro, you have completed every requirement to become a member of our church and continue STACKING through our blueprint of discipleship. Membership is partnership at C3, so take a moment to read our description of partnership below on the Membership Is Partnership Agreement Form, then complete it to finalize your membership with our Collective Community Church.

At C3, we utilize Breeze CHMS (Church Management System) to schedule all ServeOne Team Members efficiently. You will receive the scheduling emails twice a month, so it's crucial that we have your correct email address on file.

Your scheduling frequency will be tailored to your comfort level - either once or twice a month, for one or two services, as discussed with your department leader.

When you receive the scheduling email, you'll see a confirmation button that needs to be clicked to acknowledge your assigned time slots.

This streamlined system helps us ensure that all service positions are properly staffed while respecting your availability and commitment level. Please respond promptly to scheduling emails to help maintain smooth operations across all departments.

If you need to reschedule or have an unexpected absence, please inform your department leader by phone or text message. This helps ensure proper coverage and maintains the high quality of service our community expects.
