Children’s Church is available during the second service for kids. Feel free to hang around after service to meet new people and build connection.

Meet Our Pastor

Pastor Damon Davis

Pastor Damon Davis

Pastor Damon Davis is the founding pastor of Collective Community Church in Birmingham, Alabama, and the director of the SimpleFolk Network, a faith-based initiative that mobilizes believers to serve their cities in practical and loving ways. Since moving to Alabama in 2017 and planting C3 in 2019, Pastor Damon has been leading a movement that helps people encounter
Jesus, grow as disciples, and live out their faith with confidence and purpose.

Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Damon’s life was transformed by a radical conversion to Christ at the age of 24 after a challenging start in life. That defining encounter ignited the passion that continues to fuel his ministry today.

What should I wear?
Most people dress in elevated casual, however you’ll see everything from jeans to dresses and button-ups. No need to stress about what to wear. Just come as you are and feel at home.
What's worship like?
Our worship is soulful and contemporary, led by a passionate team that creates an atmosphere of freedom. You’ll see people standing, singing, and lifting their hands, but whether you’re expressive or reflective, you’ll feel right at home.
What about my kids?
C3 Kids meets during our 12:15 pm service and offers fun, faith-filled lessons designed for children ages 5–12. Our team creates a safe, engaging environment where kids can grow in their faith and enjoy being part of church.
