Pastor Damon Davis
Pastor Damon Davis is the founding pastor of Collective Community Church in Birmingham, Alabama, and the director of the SimpleFolk Network, a faith-based initiative that mobilizes believers to serve their cities in practical and loving ways. Since moving to Alabama in 2017 and planting C3 in 2019, Pastor Damon has been leading a movement that helps people encounter Jesus, grow as disciples, and live out their faith with confidence and purpose.
Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Damon’s life was transformed by a radical conversion to Christ at the age of 24 after a challenging start in life. That defining encounter ignited the passion that continues to fuel his ministry today.
He began his ministry journey at Faith Christian Center in Phoenix, Arizona, where he served for seven years in vocational ministry. With more than fourteen years of ministry experience, he has served in multiple roles, including Youth Pastor, Outreach Minister, and now Senior Pastor.
Known for his clarity, authenticity, and bold teaching, Pastor Damon connects deeply with people from business professionals to young adults finding their way. His heart beats for making disciples and mobilizing young believers to live passionately for God, walk in purpose, and bring light to their communities.
Together with his wife, Malissa, he leads Collective Community Church with a clear mission: Worship Together, Win Together.
